14-Day Return Period
Customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days after receiving the products. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Returning Products
To request a return, customers can contact Dough & Co. via email at info@doughandco.nl. After approval, customers will receive instructions for returning their items.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the costs of returning products unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned products have been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

An EU withdrawal form is available upon request for customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.
